Parents of female University of Kentucky student seen leaving court as daughter pleads NOT GUILTY

University of Kentucky student Sophia Rosing pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and disorderly conduct after a drunken rage where she called a black desk clerk a 'n*****' more than 200 times.

The blonde 22-year-old was visibly intoxicated as she stumbled into the dorms on campus in Lexington, Kentucky, before she launched herself at fellow student Kylah Spring who was working the front desk.

Footage showed her violent and racist outburst against Spring, with court documents revealing that she called her the derogatory term more than 200 times.

Rosing on Monday pleaded not guilty to charges of intoxication in a public place, third-degree assault on a police officer, fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Exclusive pictures obtained by DailyMail.com show her parents, Jill and Don Rosing, both leaving the courtroom after their daughter appeared via a videolink. Her bond has been at $10,000.

During her rampage, the business and marketing major told University of Kentucky police officers that she gets 'special treatment' because she has 'lots of money', according to WKYT

She 'kicked and bit' officers as they tried to place her under arrest, according to court documents.

A judge banned Rosing from contacting her victim, Kylah Spring, if she gets released on bail. She was also ordered not return to Boyd Hall, or drink alcohol.

Rosing is currently at the Fayette County Detention Center - where she refused to identify herself to officers upon her arrival in the early hours.

She is listed as a Jane Doe because of her refusal to cooperate with officers.

Other university students have called for Rosing to be expelled from the university and are calling for the President, Eli Capilouto, to do more.

When asked by DailyMail.com if Rosing would be suspended, the University declined to comment because the disciplinary investigation was ongoing.

Rosing bragged to fellow students the year before the vile racist incident, saying ‘I’m rich as f*** and you’re obviously not’.

But DailyMail.com can reveal that she grew up in a modest three-bedroom and two-bathroom family property in Fort Mitchell with her parents and siblings.

Her father, Paul Donald Rosing, works as an Technology Executive for Messer Construction Co, but relatives of Rosing have not yet responded to request for comment.

In video of the incident posted online, Rosing was barely able to stand up straight as she tried to hit student Kylah Spring, who was working at the front desk of a dormitory on campus.

Spring, who was assaulted by Rosing, shared a post which said: 'Eli, as per usual makes a statement that means jack s*** without action.

'Sophia Rosing needs to be held accountable and expelled for what she did. We will not tolerate this hate on campus.'

Rosing, who is a double business and marketing major, has been fired by fashion brand Dillard's for her outburst.

She was part of the Campus Collective Program, with a Dillard's spokesperson saying: 'Dillard's does not condone this behavior. Her relationship with Dillard’s has been terminated immediately.'

University Police took Rosing into custody just before 4am on Sunday on charges of intoxication in a public place, third-degree assault on a police officer, fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

A march against racism will be held at 6pm Monday at William T Young Library, with those involved walking to the Bowman statue on campus on behalf of Kylah Spring.

Rosing, who is white, calls Spring a 'n***** b***' as she tried to restrain her as she attempted to get into an elevator.

'Could you stop please?' Spring asked Rosing after she managed to escape Spring's grasp.

'Nope,' Rosing responded, before Spring tried to grab her again. Rosing then continued to repeat the racial slur, causing Spring to say: 'Ooh Jesus, I do not get paid enough for this.'

'Exactly and you're a n***** and you're a b****,' Rosing responded several times before a voice off-camera told Spring: 'I've got this all on video.'

A second video showed Spring and another black student trying to get her to sit in a chair, when Rosing hit out at the second black victim and tried to kick Spring.

A University of Kentucky police officer then handcuffed Rosing in the dorm as she continued to repeat the racial slur and struggled to stay standing.

Rosing is still being held at the Fayette County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.

It is unclear if she has retained an attorney to speak on her behalf, and is set to appear in court to be arraigned.

In an Instagram post following the altercation, Spring explained why she had intervened in the first place.

She explained that Rosing walked into Boyd Hall, on Martin Luther King Blvd, after Spring had refused her entry because she did not have an ID card on her.

When blonde Rosing managed to get into the lobby she stumbled as she approached the elevators, which concerned Spring who was behind the front desk.

Spring said: 'I worked a shift tonight where  was assaulted and called a n*****, and someone said other racial slurs towards me.

'It is a part of our job that if we see a student that's like very drunk, we are to call an RA to... write a report.

'So I reach my head out of the desk area, and I ask the girl "Are you OK?"' Spring recounted, 'and she stared at me and started to call me a n*****.'

At that point Spring called the RA and tried to prevent Rosing from entering the elevator, to wait for someone to arrive to help.

She added: 'And so I jumped in, I tried to move her off to the side, and she just kept going "No n*****, you're a b****, you're a n*****, do my chores b****.

'And she kept doing that as I was trying to sit her down.'

Spring said that is when Rosing kicked her in the stomach, tried to run her over with a shopping cart that was in the lobby and bit her friend.

In an email to students following the altercation, President Eli Capilouto said Spring 'acted with professionalism, restraint and discretion.'

It added: 'To be clear: We condemn this behavior and will not tolerate it under any circumstances,' he said, as he vowed to update students with more information as it becomes available.

The disturbing video is not the first instance of Rosing berating other students while intoxicated.

In another video posted shortly after the footage of the assault went viral, Rosing could be seen telling someone off camera at a party: 'I'm rich as f***  and you're obviously not compared to what you're wearing.

'And I can do you and you can't do s*** about it, especially since you don't know my last name. But I know God-d*** well who you are.'
