According to Cyd Zeigler of OutSports, the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee informed Chythlook-Sifsof that her claims had been forwarded to the United States Center for SafeSport.
Chythlook-Sifsof claimed that snowboarder Hagen Kearney, who will compete for Squad USA in the 2022 Olympics, also used a racist slur repeatedly during an Olympic qualifier in 2014 when Sifsof was a member of the U.S. team.
